Our Process
We provide customers with stitched samples which can help them finalize on the fabic type, fit, and design. Upon approval we begin production. The production line involves multiple delicate tasks to ensure the output of a satisfactory product before the items are packaged for delivery.
FABRIC SELECTION
Making available the customers selected material and accessories for creating the garment.
DESIGN APPLICATION
Selcting the right design template based on the type of fit and comfort of the garment.
STITCHING
Sewing together all the fabric pieces cut using the template to create the garment.
EMBROIDERY
Sewing the selected design, text or logo to the garment as per selcted size.
PRINTING
Different methods and multiple type of inks are used to print selected messages on the garment.
QC & PACKAGING
Upon completing all parts of production the items are checked for defects before being boxed.
